At Hotel du Vin, it’s always a food celebration in a very relaxed and easy-going setting. Now sit back, relax and enjoy a glorious Sunday Lunch your own pace. Divine.

Sunday Lunch always has an air of something special about it – whether it’s a family get-together, special celebration or simply an excuse to spoil yourself.

A British institution. Meats were traditionally roasted in front of a fire on a Sunday, dating back to the reign of King Henry VII. Since the 15th century, the royal bodyguards have been known as ‘Beefeaters’ because of their love of eating roast beef. In the 18th century the French started calling Englishmen ‘rosbifs’. Therefore it is only fitting that ‘rosbif ’ is the centrepiece of Hotel du Vin's perfect Sunday lunch. The roasts are served with all the trimmings, including proper Yorkshires

Hotel du Vin Tunbridge Wells is situated in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells, a charming and historic town in the Kent countryside. Converted from a Grade II-listed mansion, the hotel is one of this beautiful spa town's architectural landmarks, with authentic Georgian period details.

We had our wedding night here and it was a great experience. The suite was huge and had everything we needed. We had the 5 course tasting menu for dinner. Staff are great and very knowledgeable about the wine they were serving with each course. We wanted a nice low key wedding day to relax and we got everything we wanted. Thanks guys.

Stunning venue for any occasion. Excellent service, warm friendly atmosphere, very helpful staff, and exceptionally good quality food was served at our event. Very festive if you're looking for a Christmas party venue. Highly recommend.

I decided to book this restaurant and hotel as I have been to the restaurant here several times and this will be the last time It was booked this for a very special occasion for close friends and turned into a huge embarrassment after one mess up to another. I had scallops at the cost of £18 they were both tiny and so over seasoned it made me feel sick. Three of us had lamb as a main and it was so undercooked and chewy the cut should have been used for stew not as it was again inedible. My guests both left their staters and mains due to them being uncooked or overcooked. The waitress was bossy, rude and decided to put down her colleague in front of us which is highly unprofessional and led to us feeling embarrassed and a little awkward. We highlighted our problems to our waitress and she just laughed and happily took my £360 without even addressing our concerns. We then moved to the bar to have an evening drink and we were rudely confronted by the same waitress who verbally vomited her feelings towards us regarding our happiness with the service and food, leaving us completely gobsmacked. Our friends decided they had seen enough for the evening and retired to their room my wife and I were left completely embarrassed, when I went to confront this young lady she again just spoke over me. The total cost for the rooms, drinks and food was over £1400 for what was a complete waste of money that should have been a really special night. Poor food, disgusting service the room was nice but worth £400 not a chance
