    The food was nice and a reasonable price. The stand out thing was the service. Lexi was friendly, thoughtful and informative. We were informed of anything that wasn't on the menu and what could be done as a replacement. She asked questions and was very attentive. Very good customer service, rarely found these days.

    We visited on Saturday lunchtime with family for a birthday meal. The food was amazing, even better than expected - all 9 of us really enjoyed our meals. The staff were friendly and kind enough to let us bring a birthday cake to light and share. Brilliant atmosphere and wonderful venue. We will be back again!

    A Memorable Dining Experience I recently dined at the Glasshouse Hitchin and it was fantastic! The staff was warm and attentive, a lot of friendliness and professionalism. Our server provided great recommendations and made us feel valued. The food was outstanding! Each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. atmosphere was great, and ambience had soft lighting and lovely decor, making it ideal for any occasion! Overall, I highly recommend ! Will be back again
