Absolutely fantastic place to stay. All staff so friendly. Breakfast has great choice. Evening meals also offered good choice. Could not fault any of the food. Pleasant walk from hotel to Town centre. Would definitely recommend and hope to return some time in the near future (in the warmer weather so can take a trip to Sark)

Great service and good location (about a 10 minute walk to city centre) but the rooms definitely need an upgrade. The WC was old and cheaply done. Breakfast was ok, but the drinks and service at the Leopard Bar was phenomenal.

Only stayed for one night as the hotel we booked couldn't accommodate us on the first night we arrived on the island. Really nice hotel and dog friendly as we had Benson the beagle with us, pet bowls and bed in the room, room service was excellent as were the staff, if I ever come back to the island this is the hotel to stay.
