Toby Carvery - Highnam

Wow this place has gone down hill! Service was appalling. Took ages to get a drink. Had to keep getting up to find someone to serve us. When a wine was eventually poured at the bar, 2 girls were loudly arguing about who's going to take it to the table. In the end I got up and got it myself. 1 girl was busy doing her hair in front of a mirror. Another was folding napkins and when asked for some service she said she can't as she has to fold napkins?? No help offered to find someone who could serve. There was 1 poor girl left doing everything but she was so busy clearing plates and things, she couldn't attend everyone. Exceptional Service at Toby Carvery! I recently visited Toby Carvery and was absolutely blown away by the amazing customer service. Cam went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. From the moment I arrived, Cam’s friendly and welcoming demeanor set the tone for the evening. He was attentive, professional, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Adam was equally fantastic, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and checking in regularly to make sure I was happy with my meal. The food, as always, was top-notch, thanks to Adam for making the tasty meal, but it was the outstanding service from Cam that really made the visit special. It’s clear that he take great pride in his role, and it shows. I highly recommend Toby Carvery not just for the delicious meals but also for the fantastic staff like Cam and Adam who make the experience unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back soon!

First time at a Toby Carvery in a long time and it was 1st class. We were greeted, seated and served our drinks really quickly. Staff were great, attentive, really helpful, and friendly. Food was fantastic, fresh, hot, plentiful and great quality. Would definitely recommend
