We went on a quiet Sunday just before we left Scotland, and it was one of the best bites we had on our trip. I can’t say a bad word about the staff, as they were genuine and sweet people who seemed to just like their job. The food was modern Euro-Asian that complement the cocktails which are the focus of the place. I would suggest the pop-notch but even the mocktails are above the usual standard compared to many places I have been. Wonderful place to visit and should be considered for a night out in Edinburgh!

Absolutely love the atmosphere in the Alchemist. From the design to the decoration to the menu everything is so on point I can really recommend it. The food is absolutely amazing and really tasty. It is nicely decorated and served, really enhancing the whole atmosphere. The drinks are an absolute must and they have a great variety, also nonalcoholic options are possible. Overall a great experience and I can only recommend it.
