Food is great. The scallops is well seasoned. The beef cooked well and the slow cooked pork rib is soft and flavourful. Price is high but portions size is not very generous. The highlight for me was the Black Forest cheesecake — rich and creamy, with a scoop of pistachio ice-cream. Really love the ice-cream. The service was excellent, but overall, I felt the prices were on the higher side for the portions offered.

If there is a Gordon Ramsey restaurant, I shall be there to try, food quality is pretty similar to the one at London, the 2 starters were good, especially the prawn cocktail, good balance of texture and flavour, leading your appetite to the great mains.... I ordered the ribs and was amazed that I finished it, savoury, sweet, tender and gentle to your teeth! Delicious! But for my wife, her cod was very salty, very bad, not sure what they did to the fish but it was the worst. Service was great, ambience is cosy and comfortable, do try if you are around the area.

We visited Gordon Ramsay's Breadstreet restaurant in Edinburgh on a Sunday afternoon, and were seated straight away without a booking. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, bringing water and taking drinks orders after just a few minutes. We ordered the fish & chips, and the Chickpea curry. The wait for our food was brief, and it looked every bit as good as it tasted. The batter on my fish was light and crunchy, and the fish was flaky and delicious. The chips were equally tasty, chunky and crispy. I don't normally like mushy peas but I gave them a go and was pleasantly surprised. I'm still not a convert, but I ate my veg 😁 worthy of special mention was the tartare sauce, which was sharp as it should be, and deep in flavour. My fish & chips were a very reasonable £23, and the Chickpea curry was similarly priced. All in all it was a very enjoyable meal, in a very welcoming environment, not at all pretentious. If you've got children, you'll be delighted to know that kids eat free. Highly recommended.
