I booked the junior suite and it was very spacious and modern for great value. I definitely would put it up there with some 4 star rooms I’ve stayed in. I have previously stayed in the smaller rooms, but considering the difference in price is not much, I would definitely book the junior suite. Staff were great too, very welcoming in the hotel and bar.

I regret to report a significant issue with House Dublin’s late-night operations, particularly regarding excessive bass levels during early morning hours. While I appreciate the venue’s vibrant atmosphere, the low-frequency noise emanating from the premises at around 2 AM is causing severe disturbances to hotel customers and nearby residents. The intense bass vibrations penetrate through walls and floors, making it impossible to sleep even when the overall volume isn’t excessively loud. This type of low-frequency noise is particularly problematic as it travels easily through structures, affecting the quality of life and well-being of those living in the vicinity. As a licensed establishment, House Dublin has a responsibility to manage noise levels and respect the hotel customers, local community, especially during late-night hours. While having proper licenses allows for music and dancing, it does not exempt the venue from adhering to noise regulations and considering the impact on hotel customers and neighbors. I strongly urge House Dublin’s management to address this issue by: 1. Implementing better sound insulation measures 2. Adjusting bass levels during late-night hours 3. Conducting regular noise assessments to ensure compliance with local regulations. It’s crucial to strike a balance between providing entertainment and respecting the rights of people to peaceful enjoyment of their nights. I hope House Dublin will take prompt action to resolve this issue and maintain good relations with the hotel customers and community. Report: 23:00 Feb 04 2025: Please turn off the base. It’s so loud; Kids need to go to school, people need to work tomorrow morning.

I stayed at this hotel from Sunday - Wednesday and there were no parties downstairs so it was quiet. The room/bathroom was very clean and the staff are really kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit Dublin center. The restaurant and bar are beautifully decorated and the food was excellent as well. They made us feel welcome, seen and at home, I would definitely recommend staying here.
