Toby Carvery - Hoole Village

When I lived in Chester I used to come here all the time so this was my first visit for over 21 years. Soon as we arrived we were taken to our table and our drink order was taken by a very helpful waitress. We went straight up to the carvery so no waiting for our food to arrive a big bonus when you're hungry and a very friendly guy called Ste craved a generous helping of meat and all the rest I piled on my plate was nicely cooked and in a clean tidy food display. This place also comes with 5 stars hygiene rating I always check before I eat anywhere and one of the staff was cleaning up the bar area so good to see. The interior of the restaurant and tables were clean and maintained. The carvery was really enjoyable and Leah and her colleagues couldn't do enough for us. We even paid at the table and not having go up to the bar. So if you want good food at a great price and service give it ago and like us you'll be back. So like their hygiene rating it's 5 stars back. Good work guys

When you want a cooked dinner with all the trimmings from different types of potatoes to vegetables this is the place to come. Like a lot of chain restaurants you generally always know what to expect from the food. Toby Carvery delivers a range of evening meal or Sunday dinner options. I personally love the cauliflower, roast potatoes and greens. Choice of meats is always varied from Gammon, Turkey and Beef. I personally go for the turkey however on occasion getting a selection of meats works when you’re in the mood. I do like their ice cream Sunday - if you have extra room for dessert this is very filling!
