Came here for a bottomless brunch with friends and Natalie served us and was fabulous! She ensured we were well looked after so well and we had a fab time. Would 100% recommend. Food and drinks were great.

We were sitting outside when a lady in a wheelchair asked us if we could pop in to get a member of staff as there are steps up to the entrance and the accessible door was locked. She didn't have a mobile phone so couldn't order through the app. When I popped in I found all the staff chatting at the bar, I explained the situation and was told 'you have to order on the app'. I reiterated she had no mobile phone with her and got the response 'there is a door there' pointing to the accessible door. I told them it was locked and asked if someone could just come out to take her order, after some huffing and puffing someone finally came outside. The staff were not busy and the place was practically empty. Some training in customer service is very much needed.
