We had a fantastic 2 night stay at the Waterman, we were travelling with our Dog, Lottie and this was the first time we had stayed in a hotel with Lottie. We were able to check in early, which was great, we then had a lovely meal in the pub before exploring Cambridge, Lottie enjoyed the free dog treats. 🍬 The hotel is situated on the edge of Jesus Green by the river and about a 10 minute walk to the edge of the City through the Green, which Lottie thoroughly enjoyed. The Hotel is perfectly situated if travelling with your 4 legged friends, and is surrounded by a number of dog friendly pubs. As our first City break with Lottie, the Waterman has set the standard, we had a great stay. 🐾🐶🥾

Not good for a good night's sleep. Sadly we booked this place but the music from pub was on until half past midnight. You could also hear the room next doors conversation easily. In addition, the fire exit light lit up the room alongside the street lights as there are no blackout curtains. Fine if you want to sleep here after drinking and 12.30am, otherwise i wouldn't recommend for a goodnight sleep. Room was nice enough with shampoo, soap and conditioner, clean and tidy.

The food is delicious and the staff are really helpful and friendly. It has excellent outdoor seating with heat lamps, cushions and blankets for winter. Highly recommended
