If it were possible, this review would have 0 stars. I ordered via deliveroo as I am unwell but due to this, the manager is unwilling to resolve this issue. Deliveroo are useless with refunds too. However, I will be pursuing this. Well where do I start - the food arrived cold and our meals were missing items. There were no roast potatoes, no Yorkshire puddings and the meat that I was given was not meat but fat and gristle. My dogs wouldn’t even eat it. I paid a handsome fee of almost £15 for some peas, cauliflower cheese, stuffing and gravy. Upon eating it, the cauliflower tasted like it has been rewarmed several times so I was down to just peas, stuffing and gravy for yes £15. Don’t bother with this place, they clearly do not value customers. The manager was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care that the food is subpar and they are not good value for money.

We visited last week for first time and we were so impressed by quality and quantity of food (roast dinner) it was absolutely delicious. Very kind lady was serving food and also waitress was so kind and communicative. As we have had so great time we decided to come back this week, actually to make it weekly visits however today we were really dissatisfied and disappointed with the size of children portions - if we adults would not give them our meat, they would be hungry - so I am suggesting to maybe put children menu up to 3years as 8-10y kids after school need much more then what they got today. Also, the Mac&cheese was all dry and super strong, couldn’t even get under layer as was so little on the tray. Need to admit, that taste of food and gravy were really good - just to expensive for veggies only (as meat slice was so thin you could see through)

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 **A Feast Fit for Heroes: The Ultimate Toby Carvery Experience** 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Having traveled all the way from London to experience the world-renowned Toby Carvery in Bristol, we can confidently say it was the best meal we’ve ever had! After spending a thrilling day driving World War Two tanks up in Leicester, battling and "defeating" our enemies, we needed a feast worthy of victory—and Toby Carvery delivered beyond all expectations. The portions? Let me paint you a picture. Imagine a banquet laid out by giants, where each dish is heaped with enough food to feed an army! The plates were so loaded with succulent cuts of meat and mountains of roast potatoes that they seemed to defy gravity. Our Yorkshire puddings were as large as the tanks we had driven earlier, and the heap of vegetables on my plate was as vast as a battlefield itself. Every bite was a celebration of indulgence! A special shoutout to our waitress, Emilia, who was the true hero of the evening. She was attentive, kind, and made sure every need was met with a smile. Emilia deserves nothing less than recognition for her impeccable service—she truly went above and beyond. In fact, Toby Carvery, if you’re reading this, give that woman a pay rise! And a heartfelt thanks to Lal, the butcher at the carving station. Lal’s dedication to serving the best cuts of meat was unmatched. He was willing to burn his hands while carving the leg of lamb, just to ensure we received the finest, juiciest piece possible. Talk about commitment! His expertise made the meal unforgettable. All in all, this was not just dinner, it was an experience. Thank you, Toby Carvery, Emilia, and Lal for making it a night we will remember for years to come. We’ll be back—hopefully not too long after our next triumphant victory! From Mickey and Donald
