The interior of The Brighton Cocktail Company is a beautiful, chic space with a welcoming atmosphere where people can connect with one another. 

The Brunch menu has been developed by an expert team of chefs, who have years of experience in crafting menus using the very best, locally sourced food. A huge percentage of the food served from the kitchen is sourced within 25 miles of the front door.

The menu has all the Brunch favourites and features lighter options such as the Brunch bowls and crepes. With heartier options such flatbread pizzas ranging from Truffle, Please (truffle oil, garlic, artichoke, mozzarella, parmesan & rocket) to a Saucy Sausage (spicy chorizo, marinara, tomato, onion, mozzarella and chilli flakes), there is something for everyone! Kids under 10 also eat free for Brunch (with each full main purchased at full price).

Treat yourself to one of their signature cocktails with your Brunch or why not go all out with a Bottomless Brunch, complete with one crepe, flatbread or Brunch bowl, and 90 minutes of unlimited Brunch cocktails or Fitz English sparkling wine.

    Had a fantastic time at Brighton Cocktail Company with a group of friends. The happy hour deal was really good. We loved the flexibility of choosing different drinks in the 2 for 1 deal. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was great. Recommend!

    Had a wonderful evening here recently. The gorgeous bar tender Gabby was attentive, knowledgeable and fun. Her wonderful smile just lit up the room. We tried several different cocktails after Gabby described each one. We also tried the pizzas and even a bowl of Brussel sprouts! Food was very tasty. This place is well worth a visit💜

    We had heard about the Brighton Cocktail Company from the folks at Madame Jennifer, so decided to stop in late one afternoon. It's a cozy, nicely decorated spot in a great location. We started with A View Tequila and a Chocolate Old Fashioned. Both were very good. The bartender, who was very nice guy, brought us a bowl of truffle popcorn, which was delicious and went beautifully with the drinks. We stayed for a second round, a Gin and Berry It and an Espresso Martini. These each functioned as a perfect dessert. Didn't have food, but look forward to coming back for more drinks and bites.
