Food was amazing here! Best TGIs I have had in years! We did have to ask to move tables though as the two seater tables with the annoying lights next to them were playing havoc with my eyes! The female staff were really helpful and friendly. Will definitely be visiting again. We went on a Tuesday afternoon so it wasn't too busy.

Really poor service! Had 2 starters and went for the 2 for 1 cocktails - £11 for 1 cocktail and got charged £16 for 2. When we queried it the waiter said that is the price. Totally false advertising. Raised a complaint with Rob the GM who was getting back to me, tried calling to chase however never actually managed to speak to someone. Total disaster! AVOID at all costs. Better option is to go to Slug and Lettuce in Bournemouth, food, cocktails and atmosphere so much better and the 2:1 cocktails are exactly that.

After not being at TGIs in a fair few years, I spotted it and couldn't resist. Unfortunately the food was not up to scratch... Burger was burnt and the pasta was tasteless... I really expected a little more from this place. As for service, our server was brilliant and very helpful, but they seemed as if they were manic rushed, but the restaurant was hardly busy. The cost of the food we had was absolutely disgusting for the quality. I would rather hit up five guys for those prices, knowing I'll get exactly what I pay for.
