    Food was amazing here! Best TGIs I have had in years! We did have to ask to move tables though as the two seater tables with the annoying lights next to them were playing havoc with my eyes! The female staff were really helpful and friendly. Will definitely be visiting again. We went on a Tuesday afternoon so it wasn't too busy.

    Great service, lovely food. Staff friendly and polite. Downside, a little pricey for food, but the quality is great. Ladies' toilets were cleanish. However, it was not perfect, broken tap, and was jammed and running water. Overall, the restaurant was clean and tidy, with a nice location, easy to get to and get seated.

    Really poor service! Had 2 starters and went for the 2 for 1 cocktails - £11 for 1 cocktail and got charged £16 for 2. When we queried it the waiter said that is the price. Totally false advertising. Raised a complaint with Rob the GM who was getting back to me, tried calling to chase however never actually managed to speak to someone. Total disaster! AVOID at all costs. Better option is to go to Slug and Lettuce in Bournemouth, food, cocktails and atmosphere so much better and the 2:1 cocktails are exactly that.
