Fantastic staff and great location. We stayed in Bournemouth for a weekend break, and it was perfectly situated near the beach and pier. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular the evening waiters in the restaurant. The dinner and breakfast were exceptional. The spa facilities are small, but great to have on a rainy day. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and family.

Quite nice hotel...clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast was excellent. (Many options as well). The only thing was that every restaurant or takeaway in the area was quite expensive. Also they weren't super helpful with telling us where we could eat in the area...all together a good hotel though. Would recommend...

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel was clean and fresh. The spa and pool were cool and cold. The ladies changing area was very small with only one shower and toilet, and hair dryer. What really spoilt it though was the very loud and noisy plant room. It was too intrusive to relax and unwind. I won't use the pool and spa again. Louisa who is in charge of the pampering was great! She was the best part of the day. I found her very friendly and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure, and will be happy to book my pamper treatments with her in the future.
