Fantastic staff and great location. We stayed in Bournemouth for a weekend break, and it was perfectly situated near the beach and pier. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular the evening waiters in the restaurant. The dinner and breakfast were exceptional. The spa facilities are small, but great to have on a rainy day. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and family.

We booked two rooms after being let down by another hotel in Bournemouth and oh my goodness, what a find. The staff and food were amazing. Nothing too much trouble for any member of staff, especially Peter in the Gold Room, very helpful and friendly. The food was great, we had an evening meal and then breakfast next morning, delicious 😋. I did find the bathroom a little on the small side but it was all very adequate and clean. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and if we were to go back to Bournemouth then this would definitely be the hotel of choice. Thankyou to everyone.

Stayed at the hotel (booked directly) over a weekend and absolutely loved it. Amazing location, generous rooms, great breakfast, spa and leisure centre. The games room was a hit as were the board games on offer! Wills definitely return for another stay in the future.
