Tonight Josephine Birmingham

22 of us went for a Sunday afternoon leaving party for a friend. An amazing time was had by all. Entertainment was brilliant and Scott, our server, was excellent and nothing was too much of an ask for him. We are definitely going back. Last time we went to Josephine’s it was amazing. We went again on 1st September 2024 and this time it was even better, 14 of us enjoyed the food, the drinks were in abundance, and what can I say about the entertainment? It was fantastic and Donna Trump was brilliant. Even the non-drinkers said how amazing it was. Our server, Amar, was wonderful too. Thank you for making my celebration an event that none of us will forget xx

Edit 10/12/24 - Revisited and was served by a lovely gentleman. The lady on the door and the female security guard were also kind and welcoming. I’ve decided to go from 1 star to 3. The only reason for the other missing two stars is feel the drinks aren’t a good enough quality for the price and the menu could have more. Just visited. Awful service, blonde later with glasses awfully rude no customer service skills at all. But what tops it off is that she made my drink and didn’t put ANY alcohol in, I was actually too intimidated to say anything. Atmosphere was great but awful bar service and drink sadly won’t be returning, especially as someone who has worked on a bar for over 5 years. *edit 4/11/24 the manger was very kind, and apologised sincerely. I will update my review upon my next visit.
