Wow, who is the manger for this place because it’s terrible. Went here for my nans birthday on Valentine’s Day. The food was served lukewarm warm that we had to ask for my nans to be reheated twice. The rest of us couldn’t be bothered to ask because the service was slow and hardly anyone around. I’ve added a photo of what they served as part of the kids meal, the chef couldn’t even be bothered to peel the carrot properly. There was a long wait for the gravy, the whole meal was cold. For those that didn’t have a carvery and had something off the main menu, the salmon wellington was burnt dry and full of pastry! All they could offer was free deserts at which we had but even the apple pie and custard was cold. There was people at the door waiting for their click and collect… it was terrible. I would stay clear from this Toby. There are far better ones near by with better service, happier staff and better quality of food. Shocking! Not even the manager had the decency to show their face and apologies. When I arrived there after my family she couldn’t even walk me to my table, I had to walk myself even though I’ve never been there. I will be making a formal complaint about this experience because it needs to be overseen and monitored.

I have been coming here with friends for awhile. The staff are always polite, welcoming and friendly. Sometimes the food can be dried out from the lamps and other days not much items left. But all in all I have still enjoyed eating there. There always seems to a good atmosphere when visiting. The portion sizes are good and also the table service. Sometimes it can be very loud from other people, but that can not be helped when everyone is enjoying themselves. The staff always check if there are any allergies or problems. They always look well presented and clean. The staff all look happy, which makes you feel comfortable to be there.

Not the greatest of welcomes. Stood next to the 'wait here' kiosk with staff ignoring because they were busy. Until the queue numbered over 10 people. Staff were stressed, carvery meat slicer looked fed up/tired and didn't engage even when we were saying thank you to him. Food was mediocre and put on a cold plate so you ended up eating g a cold carvery dinner. Meat portions need addressing or simply put the price up by £1. I'm 47 not 12 years old, I don't expect to be able to see through a piece of meet! Having said that the roast were lovely, the 2 poor struggling girls running around clearing tables were very efficient. More staff is needed, though.
