Absolutely excellent spa experience and treatments (had it for the second time, loved it both times). Would definitely recommend booking it on a week day as facilities are small. Delicious food Restaurant staff overly eager at times when it was not needed and dismissive when we actually needed support. Watched us struggle through the room full of busy tables with our pushchair and belongings instead of helping us to an easier route at the back (like they did at the end). No knowledge of the menu We requested some more bread to finish butter and were brought more butter which has defeated the object We were asked about 3 times how each course was but nothing about the occasion, which would have been nice considering it was my birthday We will be back to the spa but not restaurant

My first visit to the Malmaison Spa, staff were friendly, helpful and polite. I used the facilities of sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, they all good and place clean overall, a lovely zen atmosphere. My treatment was the Rocks of the Mediterranean, Freya was my therapist she kind, informative and did an amazing full body massage leaving me super relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you

Lovely stay in the suite over the weekend, absolutely stunning, the room was spotless, and very spacious. The room service was even better! Location was great right in the mailbox with alot of restaurants and cafes 😁
