4.05 months agoVIBES ON VIBES ON VIBES. The food is delicious, the views are incredible and the music is fire. The bar service is a bit slow but they do try to make up for it. The Frutta Piccante is a must try if spicy drinks is your thing. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

1.05 months agoAtmosphere and DJ were awesome. The service, however, was terrible. It took over 30 minutes standing at the front of the bar to be helped. They charged us $30 extra for the cocktail towers (ordered 2 at two different times in the night) and didn't tell us. When I went back to ask they offered us tequila shots (nice of them) but were being shady and absolutely refused to tell us why or how it happened. My guess is they had done it a lot that night and wanted to placate us instead of just saying "yeah we're upcharging and not telling anyone". Then, it started raining so everyone was kicked out early (totally fair). But once in the lobby waiting for Ubers and such, the bouncer yelled that it was somehow the patrons' fault for not leaving early (before getting kicked out) and that we should have been watching the sky more. Overall, super super weird and unpleasant experience. Pizza was pretty good though.

2.04 months agoThey offer whole pies, slices, cocktails, and pretty cool ice cream bars. The pizza box design and functionality are impressive and this location has great views, but it's downhill from there. Here you're absolutely paying for the westloop rooftop views and the fact that the pizza doctor has been so hyped up that others are inclined to nod and agree. Even though they claim to offer cup n char pepperoni, it's cut way too thick so it didn't char at all, the sauce was bland, and the crust had no crunch at all. I didn't even enjoy the smell. Never have I ever before been presented with such beautiful pizza that tasted so disappointing it provoked anger. Service was slow, it was awkward picking up my order from a chaotic kitchen where the staff were covered in just as many ingredients as my order, plus west loop parking is very sparce and they don't even offer valet. Because of this I saw so many groups and couples on dates hobble over after hoofing it from several blocks away in their uncomfortable date night clothes and heels. Their PR firm and social media team deserve the highest praise because they truly convinced people to exchange their hard earned money for subpar pizza in a city known for its phenomenal pizza through words and images alone. This seasonal roof top spot has a lot of room to grow unless Tetto plans on being yet another Chicago restaurant known for its view, live DJ club vibes, and forgettable food.
