    Staff at Malmaison Belfast are exceptional and always make our stay and dining experience top notch. Cannot rate the staff high enough. Another lovely meal tonight and great service from Sabri. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next month.

    Stayed here with the fiance. Had amazing time. The food was amazing, but the service was phenomenal, especially Ryan. He made us feel very welcome in the bar and great banter. It was that good we had to go back to the bar two nights in a row.

    Came here with nearly an empty restaurant. Didn’t get served after 20 minutes after being seated, so we had to go up and make our requests known. Our app came. Entrees took another almost 45mins to come, saw multiple later tables get their food. I once again had to go up to the bar to make sure we even had an order coming. Waiter reassured us it was still coming and nicely gave us complementary drinks. The drinks were kinda bad. When entree came, the pasta didn’t fill me up. I’ve had worse. I just was expecting a better experience for such an impressive, upscale hotel. Even an average experience would have cut it.
